Showdances or Musical acts (with pro demo).

Showdances - the musical acts can be hit and miss, there were some great ones this year from V&F and J&O, others I didn't like, and the acts themselves are almost always rubbish.

which is better:

difficult choreography (i.e. on the limit of what the celebs are capable of) or more basic choreography to allow for a really good performance?

Depends on the dance for me, but I like to see difficult choreography
