Sinitta !

Sinitta is tweeting that she will be back in the skimpy outfit for the final night !!! Is that wise, considering her condition. I can't remember what previous contestants do on final night... do they just come out at the beginning for a bit of a skate on and thats it!

No they do a 30 second skate like a routine but it's much shorter how will she do it if she's pregnant dumb idea imo.

Unless she's particularly at risk for some reason I can't see a problem. I taught aerobics and sailed dinghies when pregnant (up til about 5 months when it was hard to get in the boat!)

She's not that likely to fall over and presumably will have her skate partner with her.

Is she definately pregnant - has she tweeted to confirm I know there was something in the papers, but someone I know said that wasn't true and I believe him.

Also she is with Andrei on Sunday.

Pregnant women don't need wrapping in cotton wool. I know plenty who have skated while pregnant.

Sinitta will be in safe hands and I doubt she'll be doing anything too adventurous.

Anyway, onto more pressing matter - who's the daddy? I thought Sinitta and her hubby had recently split....

Oh please!

Maybe she shouldn't get to the studio by car either just in case there is an accident. In fact she should sit still for nine months - we wouldn't want her tripping over if she was allowed to walk would we.

Its called common sence,i dont think any doctor would advise a pregnant woman to go on an ice rink.

My coach said it was fine to skate while pregnant. You have to be sensible that's all.

Sid - She has a new boyfriend, they've been together since November. I'm still wondering if she's definately pregnant as I've read/heard from several sources she's not able to have children.

Ah right - looks like I'm a bit behind on the celebrity gossip!

I don't think they'd advise against it. Several coaches at our rink have had babies and barely missed a day on the ice. You can fall over anywhere and most accidents happen in the home.

It hasn't been confirmed yet though has it? Until she says it on Twitter I won't believe it.

If I was an average pregnant woman then sure go for it - but hasn't she had a load of issues in the past I wouldn't take the risk in 30 seconds she unlikely to fall but still

This ^^^ it's not like she is well practiced in skating, best not to take the risk, if she was a regular ice skater it would probably not matter.

I'm sure Andrei won't let her fall over (maybe he'll just carry her anyway!) but I do think it's irresponsible to skate whilst pregnant, particularly because her age would make it a higher risk pregnancy.
Most accidents may happen in hte home, but you can't really avoid being at home. You can avoid being on an ice rink. Pregnant women don't need wrappping in cotton wool, but equally they don't need to ice skate!
