I was born in the gap between Troughton and Pertwee. Spearhead from Space would have started just under two months after my birth.

Aired 1st December 1979 and the Doctor was Jon Pertwee.

I beg to differ, it was Tom Baker.

I'm an elder statesman on this forum as I was born before Doctor Who started, so the nearest one to by date of birth is An Unearthly Child.

My DOB is January 9th 1980 and the nearest episode to my birth is The Horns of Nimon part 4, broadcast 12th January 1980.
