So we know the silurians are in the new series, but arent they accompanade by the sea devils

AFAIK the Silurians in season 31/series 5 are a new clan of Silurians rather than the clan of Silurans we've seen previously. So I don't have high hopes of the Sea Devils appearing.

I have to say that this picture seems to show two different types of pre-historic Earth creature.

I assumed the one on the right was a modern-day version of a Silurian and the one of the left Sea Devil (bearing in mind what a Sea Devil looks like and what a Silurian looks like).

Seems quite odd that both are versions of the Silurians as they both seem much more 'Sea Devil'. But maybe that term 'Silurian' pretty much covers both.

I think the one on the left has like a war mask on and the other is the new silurian without the mask.

We've already seen them, briefly.

There was an unmistakable Sea Devil when the aliens were checking out the Earth's invasion history towards the end of episode one.

I'd hope this would mean that we see them later in the series but remember the original Cyberman head in Dalek? And look what we got.

Oh I cant wait for these. These and the Zygons are on my wishlist for Nu Who. . But I have doubts about the Zygons x

I think them appearing depends on whether they have sobered up or not. The last time we saw them they were all walking around obviously drunk and half-cut slurring their words in the base under the sea. That must have been an great party they went too.
