People keep saying they dislike Hayley's performances because they want her to fail, and they will therefore look for any little excuse to hate, deliberately overlooking everything good about her.

Hayley's at a big advantage because of already having a strong bond and relationship with her partner!

Do you have any idea how difficult it is to dance on the toe pick? Its a required element in competitive skating in fact. So yes actually it took real skill, and balance and co-ordination. Its actually very difficult. Give it a try you'll see.

I didn't think either Bolero was anything special compared to what we've seen before. Hayley's was more moving and beautifully presented though.

No one will ever touch Ray, or Chris Fountain imo. Both were not far off pro standard.

I was moved and transfixed by their performance - and I usually find the Boleros quite boring!

I do agree with MrsR though. The close bond Hayley & Dan already have will have aided their performances throughout the series.

Not the best bolero on the night...and most definately NOT one of the best in the history of the competition by a loong mile.

Maybe best on the night, although I thought Gary did very well. But certainly not the best ever, Rays and Suzannes were amazing, as was chris fountains. I actually expected Hayley to do better tonight, she still did very well but I thought she'd be better...

In the words of CRH - I thought Hayley's Bolero was 'Dull, dull, dull!'

She was just carted around by Dan with that pained expression on her face - you know, her sincere face.

Gary has never been my favourite, but when I saw that opening to Bolero - I just thought - 'Wow! That's really different - and very sexy!' Gave me goosebumps and he actually skated! I think on Bolero's alone - Gary should have won. But that's just my opinion!

For me it was a bit too aggressive in its delivery, I did prefer Gary and Maria's because it was more subtle and in the spirit of the original.

Yeah my fave Boleros in the past have been Suzanne's, Chris', Kyran's and my all time fave Donal's.

I'm a big fan of Hayley, but IMO Ray and Maria have the best ever celeb bolero. Even now it still gives be goosebumps. Although I did enjoy watching Hayley's tonight, it's certainly up here with the best.

Did think Hayley's was the best Bolero of the night (wish we'd had a chance to see Kieron's though ) - beautifully danced. Will say that Ray's last year moved me more if you're taking all the series so far into account - I can't see this show ever finding a better skater/performer than Ray, imo - but Hayley was pretty damn good.

I don't know if it's down to the fact that Bolero has been done to death a bit but I didn't find any of them particularly inspiring.

There were others that I have preferred but maybe it was because they were not up to the standard of other couples in previous years.

I think that on the tour, Hayley will struggle to win if she does this Bolero against the likes of Ray, Chris & Clare.

Hayley's was best of the night - but for me Suzanne's best ever, followed byClare's.
