Audio Described

Just wondered if the audio on a audio described program can be turned on and off? I ask because I started to watch Larkrise last night on BBC HD on my Dreambox and it was audio described so out of curiosity I changed to my Foxsat and it wasn't audio described.

BBC HD usually has 2 audio tracks an AC3 2.0 or 5.1 one and a MP2 pcm audio described track. It does not appear possible to turn off the audio description when outputting the pcm track using spdif. It sounds as if the Dreambox was using the stereo PCM track

Thanks, I should be able to switch the PCM to AC3 so I don't get the voice over.
