I have just setup the Iphone email app to point at my hotmail account and it has gone smoothly with no problems.. But I have noticed that if you delete an email from your email account, it does not get deleted from Iphone app although it is being synched all the time.... have I missed a setting somewhere or is this feature not available at the moment?... Also if you delete an email from your Iphone, does it get deleted from your hotmail?

i have the same problem, i delete emails from my iphone hotmail account and when i log into hotmail via my pc, all the emails are still there!
i dont really care no more as i use gmail as my main email account and all the other junk goes to hotmail

Its because the e-mail app downloads a local copy of the email to your phone via pop and doesn't mark the emails on the server as read.
