Ouch, but I don't think the scheduling of Comedy Lab across a single week is the best idea. Would be better in a weekly slot, and perhaps even on E4.

They'll have 48 hours of Glee by the time they lose Friends.

Repetitive - it is replacing Friends you know. If they don't go quite as mad as with Friends and only schedule one episode a day, rather than two, and preferbly only repeat on weekdays too, it would probably take them just as long to get through the episodes of the Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother etc. as it did for Friends.
It will serve E4 right though if they struggle without it - they've had the opportunity for years to scale back their reliance on Friends and instead of the double episodes try pairing other series with them in the 5pm/8pm hour, but instead just stuck with Friends.
Personally I think they might move Scrubs to at least one of the Friends slots, and then perhaps shows like Glee will take the 6pm hour.
