well ...it makes a change from the Christmas no 1 !

Is anyone else downloading the Delirious? single in an attempt to get it to no 1 on easter Sunday...how appropriate would it be to have a Contemporary Christian band top the charts on that day. Strong download sales on Amazon and iTunes so far and the media are starting to pick up on the ( Facebook ) campaign and giving it publicity ...5 Live news featured the story tonight.

Scouting For Girls are currently 9,000 ahead of Plan B who is at #2 so I doubt they will be overtaken before the weekend.

But good on these guys, hope they do well anyway.

They are about to break up ..they announced it last year and have just completed a farewell tour...the DVD is about to get released...Easter no 1 would be such a good send off for such a talented band

Was it Delirious who had a song about Mountains? I can`t remember the proper title. It was a long song...a great song BTW...and some of the words were about `Dancing up on Injustice` or something like that.

The reason I ask is a mate who was a Christian, and sadly no longer with us, always played this song about Mountains and it reminds me of good times.

Delirious? in the midweek chart top 10 and received Radio 1 airplay today ...which should help further propel this great single towards the top spot

Isn't this really exciting, I am really excitied! Hoping and Praying that God will use it as He wills and if number 1 is part of that, then that would be cool.

In 1981, when Shaking Stevens was no 1 with This Ole House and Kim Wilde was no 2 with Kids In America, we probably had the best ever Easter top 2!
