The reason why I think it's two seperate kisses on two occassions is because spoilers have indicated that after more Lucy mischief someone finds out, and that despite the guilt they can't stay away from each other.

As unlikely as it is that Syed stays out all night, the fact is this would lead to Z/A becoming suspicious and could lead to Z confronting the boys again and this is when we have the showdown between her and the boys (this is when she says the 'horrible things' to them that Nina has mentioned....).......and is it that unlikely? Syed's at breaking point, horny as hell and desperate for him......I can see him creeping out in the middle of the night (say 3/4am) but he's going to be there a while.....

And besides, Mas spotting them HAS to be the climax of Friday's episode.....it's the catalyst for the reveal, it needs a DUFF DUFF.

ETA: Thursday's DUFF DUFF has to them kissing.....Friday's has to be Mas finding out..........we need to cover sex, next day guilt, and Mas finding out in that time....it makes sense Mas spying them in the last scene of the episode.....so for him to figure it out he needs to seem them being pretty intimate......and we need to get from guilt----> to intimacy so Mas can spot them.....for that we need two kisses

and so........

Friday could go:
Syed leaves the flat early morning, Z/A suspicious about where he's been, S feels guilty but can't stay away and so goes back for more or they bump into each other and can't quell the passion and this is when Mas spots them leading to DUFF DUFF moment

Yes there has to be two kisses, one on thursday and then one on friday for the duff duff moment where most likely Mas will find out.

Just looking at pic no 3 again...... obviously needs to be looked at every minute to make proper analysis.... but Sy looks really angry, like the origional kiss, where he is so pent up with lust that he just can't stop himself kissing Christian. Oh my god, so can't wait!!!! Can you imagine the tension in the moment, the heavy breathing, elf tennis eyes, lip staring. OH MY GOD
