Switched from Sky 3 months ago to save some money and beginning to regret it. I wend for the Humax Foxsat box as it seemed to get good reviews. Worked great at the start but then it stopped letting me delete programmes - freezing halfway through the delete. Tried reformatting which solved problem for a few weeks but then it started again. Rung Humax support who were very good to be fair and said a replacement box would be sent out in two days. That came this morning and I plugged it all in to find that the HDMI output doesnt work and I can only use it via SCART! So rung back and waiting for my third box that will be here on Tuesday! Fingers Crossed!

Did you buy direct from Humax, or from a retailer? If you bought from a retailer/shop, you should be dealing with them (that's who your contract is with) rather han having the box go back and forth.

I bought the box from Argos but to be honest after phoning them and then phoning Humax I found the latter to be much easier to deal with. They had the first replacement box out to me in 2 working days no questions asked.
