Anyone having problems with your line being reported engaged by friends and family - when it isn't?

Sky did mention that. Trouble is my brother could be losing business, as we have no idea how many call maybe lost.

An engaged tone would usually prompt me to call back later. It's ringing out unanswered which might mean my business is lost.

Some Panasonic DECT phones can be programmed to send an engaged tone to a caller when the incoming number is in the phones barred list.

Which brings me to ask, are you sure your friends are still your friend.
