I'm not a fan so I don't see why I should be expected to look at his webpage before levelling criticism - I'm basing my comments on what I have seen him do.
I think perhaps he's too marginalised in a particular genre (tennis) within another genre (sport) to have any real mainstream appeal without prior general television presenting experience such as Paul O'Grady and Piers Morgan have, and Chris Hollins does through his work on Breakfast - he may be the sports reporter but he doesn't work on a sports-specific show and contributes to the general sofa discussion around his slot.





.....and for some reason I have a sneaky feeling that presenting SCD wont be one of Andy`s goals for this year....I can`t think why not of course......Maybe his ambition and drive will be focused more on winning a Grand Slam event this summer than on securing a place in history and landing the job of SCD anchorman....Just my humble opinion of course.
I don't know when this thread suddenly turned into 'suggest someone who would be a patently ridiculous choice for presenter', but I'll play along... what about Katie Price?!
