I really can't see Chris taking over from Bruce. The notion of him doing so has only come from here and he himself has not really done much to indicate that he'd want to move out of the area he presently works in.

Given that he works for the BBC, there'd be ample opportunity for him to make a career change - yet we haven't seen any evidence of this. In fact, quite the reverse - the last thing I saw him front was a documentary about the London Olympics.

So I very much doubt all those posters against this idea have anything to worry about!
