My ipod has a Red X saying Contact support

My warranty has run out so i'm willing to pay to have it repaired.

I wish for somebody to help me with the repair questions Apple ask's

It's asking me to describe the issue but i don't know what opitions to put in due to my inquiry not being on their selections.
