I am having a real problem with my laptop.
1. Windows media player on my Laptop has all of a sudden copied my entire iTunes files. This means that I now have two or three copies of a lot of music. Some of these files were copied from Wma over to iTunes in the first place. This has overloaded my hard disc and everything is operating very slowly.*
Can I get rid of the iTunes files from wma? How can I stop my iTunes files being automatically copied into wma?*
2. I also have a problem with my USB ports. None of my external devices are able to link/sync with the computer. Do I fix this by doing a system restore?*
Thanks for reading this, and I hope you are able to help.
