Poor Andy in Emmerdale
Drifter

Brilliant episode tonight, really felt dead sorry for him...

Nice to see this affair coming out in the open at LONG last and that was the best episode of any soap I've seen in recent weeks. Everyone involved was pretty good..

I too thought tonights was excellent, there was a real flipside of comedy with a drunken Shadrach, Zak and the Vicar and then really dramatic emotional trauma with Andy/Katie. Instead of being all drawn out with Andy/Katie during the whole episode. T'was cool.

Tonights epsiode was one of the best which i've seen in a long long time... When Shadrak fell into that grave i cryed with laughter, he really is a pisspot.

And if i was andy i would of blown roberts bits off with that shotgun.

I was willing Andy to aim right between Katie's eyes, but sadly theres not enough in there to do any permanent damage.

Loved it when Shadrach fell in the pig shit

Shadrach (and all the Dingles for that matter) rocks !
I couldn't believe he was grabbing his crotch near the end !!!
Pit Emmerdale against EE I say. Imagine if Emmerdale was on only 4 times a week and shown later, it would get at least 20 million viewers.

Slightly spoilt for me by the fact that Robert was as emotional as a piece of wood, but a good episode. I kind of wish they'd let Andy have a bit more dignity over the whole thing but i guess that wouldn't make good TV.

There's sure to be a storyline later on when he meets someone else, hopefully someone who enjoys farming as much as he does!

Well if my husband had an affair with anyone, i wouldn't blubber down the barrel of a shot gun, i'd tell them to 'get offa moi land' whilst taking pot-shots at them. i think anger, rather than desperate pleas would be my initial reaction.

For the first time ever, I actually thought Donna was great last night. Really good performance, even if it's just one scene...felt dead sorry for her in end, even though she's beyond stupid. But after that, I don't feel too bad about the actress now..

what the hell was she wearing ? And what the hell was riding ?
Andy must be pretty low to make a pass at her, he should have gone fix some fences instead

Donna Windsor has the genes as we all know !

It's quite right what Andy called Donna, although it wasn't too nice a thing to say, she remarkably seemed offended. She still tries to portray MissInnocent despite the leather bike riding gear and her lousy choice of previous boyfriends.

She knew Robert was a bad choice from previous experience but she still went out with him. I must say she's only herself to blame.

It seems a bit of a shame that Chris Tate committed suicide and framed Charity for his "murder" because the way Andy seemed so fixated with killing Robert, I would have thought that was exactly where he was heading. For anyone who followed 'Sunset Beach', remember Ricardo attempted the same thing when he found out his wife Gabby had cheated with his brother Antonio?

Still I suppose gunning for Robert and accidentally shooting his adopted father instead will have to suffice! And kudos to everyone involved in this storyline, it's been well acted and without any over the top hysteria a la Eastenders.
