It was probably made by the show's wardrobe department as they were all wearing costumes that incorporated their 'Dorothy colour'.

I found the Blue dress. It's TEMPERLEY LONDON and over £600 so a bit out of a student midwife's league.

We loved Bronte's dress too but not found that one. I looked on net-a-porter.com and found the Blue dress.
