Which previous incarnation of the Doctor does Matt Smith remind you of?

I can see him only like Peter Davison so far. I don't know what it is but he has much less rage in him than previous Doctors and is quietly spoken. Sometimes I think he needs to learn to project his voice more as it is hard to hear and that is no criticism of the loud music. In episode one when the Doctor said "basically...run" it was like yeah whatever. Who would be afraid of that. But he is also very much like Matt Smith in real life from what we have seen in interviews. Its nice that he laughs and is childish. It makes him different from the previous incarnations.

Less righteous anger, but more quick tempered.

Exactly. He didn't need to overstate his case. He was confident, in control, and had provided the Atraxi with all they needed to know. He let his actions do the talking, and I love it.

I agree with the Troughton and Davison comments.

Given that his stuff is written by someone that wrote for Tennant I think he comes off as very different. The exception being the start of the 11th Hour but I am pretty sure that was deliberate.

Still although being redolent of 2 and 5 I think he is shaping up nicely as his own man.
