BT Vision Box won't start
It stays on "Please wait" ever since 7.30 this morning! Any ideas?

Have you tried restarting the box? If that doesn't work by itself, try following the troubleshooting flowchart here:

Thanks for the info which I have saved to my computer. Eventually I turned off the Home Hub and then everything was back to normal.
