We've liked her, but at last we've seen and heard why Jessica's singing helped get her into the top ten. Well done, and a bit of restraint on the "cookie" bit has probably made you friends too. Maybe this week's best improver!!

It was heart warming to see Jessica's little face light up tonight after the comments. She deserved it after her performance. She's still the girl for me.
And lovely to see her support growing again. This thread has been lingering a few pages back the past couple of weeks while a negative one about her was stuck to the first page.....argggh. I still wish wardrobe and make-up would take my thought and care with her, as they do some of the others. |

Jessica's been my favourite from the start although tbh I'm not sure Dorothy is the best role for her. She has something different that makes her stand out even though she may not be the best singer, dancer or actress - maybe it's that indefinable X factor.
I'd love to see her do some more musical theatre numbers - don't think some of the song choices have done her any favours. I think ALW likes her even if some of the judges don't. |

I’ve loved Jessica from the first audition! I agree she may not have the best vocal but her stage presence is immense and I’m always totally captivated by her! She seems like a fun, sweet girl too and I like her gangly, clumsy dancing I think it works very well

I LOVE Jessica.
At first, my faves were Jessica, Stephanie, Danielle and Jenny, but now I've settled on Stephanie and Jessica. She is just so special- I even wrote to her at Fountain Studios to wish her luck. (Hope she gets it!) Was so chuffed for her, bless her, she was so excited to be through. And my friend lives in the next village over from her in Middlesborough! |

I don't think she's Dorothy but I still like her alot, I also don't think Jess is Dorothy..well she could act Dorothy - her voice, not so sure. She'd be a very different Dorothy that's for sure! In a good way though!

She's quirky, and if they want a different Dorothy, they've got her. I'll be going to see her in the West End no matter who she plays, though! |

Yeah she's quirky, I think she'd make a great Dorothy but I don't think she's the Dorothy most people would want. Who knows! It's good she's not been in the bottom 2 yet but the way it's going it could be her and Stephanie or Jenny next...hmm!
I'd love to see her in the West End! |

I love Jessica, but confusingly, she reminds me more of Judy Garland than of Dorothy!

Can't believe people don't like her, she has sooo much personality and stage presence, you can't take your eyes off her.

I think it's mainly on here people don't like her..she has loads of support on Facebook and quite a bit on Twitter...more people have the 'I heart Jessica' Twibbons than the other girls..

I think having the majority of solo performances being pop songs gives a lot of people the impression her singing is weaker then the others when musical theatre is her place which for me is why she tends to stand out in the group numbers...
but anyway can't remember ALW telling anyone else they are....what was it??? Oh Yeah...... WORLD CLASS
