I honestly believe given the chance she would make a brilliant Dorothy, I know she's not had any training or gone to a stage school but to me she has everything going for her. She has a lovely vulnerability to her and comes across as very sweet natured which is exactly what Dorothy needs.

I hope she gets a good song for big band week and can prove she's still a contender as at the moment she's probably the underdog. It would be awful to see her in the sing-off again this weekend.

If she is (hopefully not!) then the only two atm who Sophie would have a chance to go through against would be Jenny and Jessica. Maybe Steph if ALW really doesn't think she's right for the role despite her obvious talents. Even if he did save her again imagine what that would do with her confidence I just hope she's backed by the whole of Wales, and us of course, this week with a brilliant performance!

I know! When she took her jacket off in the last mash-up or in the Gaga one. but I esp noticed in the sing-off because I guess both being emotional and singing for your place means you breathe quite heavily and while everyone has been saying the dorothy dresses are skimpy it was really then that I was like, wow, they are just plunge bras with some skimpy see-through netting to make it less low-cut seeming!

She says she has a lovely song and seems optimistic about it which is a good thing I just found out she's in yr 12 Is there a different system in Wales with regards to the school years? They are making her out to look much older than an innocent yr 12 girl! I suppose they are doing that with all the girls but why??

When does that mean she's 18 then? is it after August for year 12? Sorry, the english system just confuses me a bit

Yeah I think if she's in year 12 then she isn't 18 until at least September

Haha weird...i'm in the scottish equivalent of year 13 and the youngest in my year aren't 18 until the end of February

Year 12s are 16-17. It's in yr 13 that they turn 18.

That works then as long as her birthday is after September (not before about the 10th) its so odd to think I'm only about a month younger than Dani :s

How beautiful was Sophie's voice in that sing off! I can't stop listening to it. I wish she could sing that whole song on her own, I'd definitely have it on my iPod.

Seems like lots of people think Sophie will be leaving this weekend, I hope she can prove them wrong She was so good in the sing-off I can't believe some thought Emilie was better, I'm sure they were saying it just because Emilie was louder

no your right we must think positively, I think someone has mentioned Sophie has said her song is lovely for this week so fingers crossed she can come out and enjoy it and wow everyone. I think the song choice last week was terrible but I thought she did an ok job, don't think it was as bad as some made out lol.
