Does anyone else notice the horrible background noise heard in the rear speakers of a dolby system when the program is in the doctors surgerys---it is the sound of a car reving up and driving past-and repeates itself every 20secs or so. Is it it driving anyone else mad --how do we get the BEEB to turn it off?
