Lauren maybe? or perhaps Bronte

I don't like Jessica's singing much though she is a total star IMO because of her huge charisma

Amy sang OTR really well

Best voice overall - Amy

Best voice for musical theatre, probably Lauren, closely followed by Bronte.

Although Danielle's still my fave woooop

Lauren and then Bronte.

I thought Amy had a really good voice but was just wrong for the part of Dorothy.

I like Steph and Bronte's voices, and was also pleasantly surprised by Stephanie's singing on Saturday (though the facial expressions and bright red lipstick was a bit off putting)
I am looking forward to the rest of the series.

Yeh Amy did have a good voice. I felt quite sorry for her, becuase she was in no way the worst. It's just she stood out as not being right for the part.

I think Bronte has the best voice. Or Maybe Luaren.

Still prefer Danielle though.

Yeah I reckon Amy had the best voice overall.

Stephanie or Bronte

Lauren has the most pleasant voice to me.

I don't think you can say best though as that's just opinion to a large extent.

Alot of them have good ranges but are quite nasally and shrill.

I like Sophie's voice.

You are right I guess there is a large amount of subjectivity in it.

By best voice I suppose I meant the most ear pleasing - not the best range

I don't care for good ranges that are shrill, nasally or discordant

I actually don't think any of us can comment, surely we have to wait to see who the "knowing what she is talking about" Hall3010 tells us has the best voice? because, you know, she is in the "industry" an all.....

I think the best voice, is whatever you prefer. They can all sing. but the point is who has the most emotion in their voice, and on their face. Without being over the top.

Although Bronte and Luaren have very sweet voices and I think probably the nicest, I didn't really enjoy their performences that much, Luaren's was a bit desperate.

I think Danielle has a very good voice, I also felt she acted her song perfectly. But she needs to concentrate more on the vocal as well. To make it perfect. Still thought it was the best.

I am also in the industry, I sung the entertainer in a school show at age 8. People paid 50p to get in. I know the pressure these girls face.

I am in the industry. When I was two I sang 'There's a worm at the bottom of the garden and his name is wiggly woo' in front of an audience of appreciate Mums.

I'm not in the industry, but I can sing and have performed in public, in the studio and at auditions - including one where I spent time with Stephanie, and heard her sing live.

That does make me very biased, but I love her voice - she had better diction and vocal control than Pixie Lott on Mama Do IMO. I also like Emilie, but she's too nervous to have shown her full vocal potential yet. I like Bronte and Danielle's voices, also Steph Fearon's \and Amy's but wasn't too surprised to see either one in the bottom two as it's a casting show, not piurely a talent show.

Sophie's pretty good too, not so keen on the others at the moment but it's early days and more suitable song choices may change that!

From what we have seen so far the only two who have great voices are Bronte and Lauren. The others all have a lot more flaws, though they are still good.

Lauren has the strongest voice/biggest range.

Bronte, however, has more control than Lauren. Listen to the start of their songs. Lauren is either choosing to sing outside of her range, or not controlling her lower register well enough. Bronte is stable and secure even in the softer parts of the song, which is a difficult skill to master.

I thought Bronte too which is why the lukewarm responses to her singing took me a bit by surprise really.

I think they were referring to her voice not being as loud as some of the others. Which is sad, really.

Actually, Steph is very good too, I think. I'd probably put her in third on vocal quality.

I would say Lauren.

Maybe it comes across slightly different in the studio to what we hear?

I expect the sound is adjusted so it's audible for viewers?

I love the sound of Steph's voice as well. There's a real clarity to it. She struggled a tiny bit with some of the higher notes the other night but I think that was more due to first night nerves than lack of ability because she proved she can do it the week before in the group performances.

I would say Amy gave the most polished vocals, with her gone I would have Bronte as my leader in vocals, followed by Steph and Lauren.

Emilie is awful, just pure awful, vocally anyway.

On vocals alone: Lauren and Sophie.

However, neither are my current choice for Dorothy.

I think Steph has a great voice, but not for musical theatre.

Lauren could be great, but she over enunciates every single word.

Bronte and Sophie are my current favourites, vocally, and I loved Danielle's performances in the first week.
