Is there any way a new customer can get tiscali/talk talk tv??
Sorry if this has been asked before, but this service seems exactly what im after, is it possible to become a new customer to it currently? Has anyone had any joy joining?

The service is not currently open to new customers - existing customers who wish to upgrade to the TV package (in a TV enabled area) are able to do so,
