Ooh Lauren what are you doing all the way down there?

does any one know if lauren is doing all performances of grease or is an understudy doing any?? just wondered as am hoping to try and get down to see a mid week matinee this summer and will be sods law she is off that day!

The only way may be to ask her . Some shows post holidays and some do it on westendunderstudies but Grease doesn't. Its very much up to who is on the shows and who lets the information out - Les Mis used to have all its holidays up - now there's none. There's no announced shows the leads don't do for Grease and its not a long show or a massive sing so I doubt if you wouldn't be programmed for 8 shows. You can go detective and assume that they probably won't send more than one of their major leads on holiday in the same way and you may find that there's a date for, say, when the new Danny say to be away on his site, but then you miss seeing the leads together.........

Then of course there's nothing you can do if she's off sick......

my friend asked her and she said that apart from a holiday in october and then obv xmas and new year shes there all the way through unless she gets sick

More than likely be Siobhan as it will be the current cast.

So Lauren played Sandy for her first time tonight and her Danny was Matthew Goodgame!!! Hmm, Matthew was one of the winners of Musicality along with Warren (Lauren's boyfriend) back in 2004! How weird? Wonder what he thought of Lauren kissing one of his mates!!!!

I know! Hi again all, I'm so out of touch, I didn't even know Lauren was in Grease, or that Matthew wasn't still teaching! Till I listened to the radio last night, and heard Lauren's voice, and thought......that's Lauren!!

It'll be available for 7 days - there's a pre-recorded interview with Lauren & Matthew in between the Matinee and Eve performances on Friday, and then later (after the Cheryl Cole book interview) they go back live to the Picadilly Theatre to chat to them both after the show. (The presenter keeps calling her "Laura" ). Then afterwards, the reporter goes back to the studio and chats more about how kind they both were to do an interview with literally half an hour between shows, and he corrects the presenter telling her, "it's Lauren!".

Great to hear Lauren again, and so pleased her career is in full flow, and.....
