Sky Player Buffering

When I try to watch Sky Player it keeps buffering?

I try to watch it in 'low quality' and it still keeps buffering?

sky player is hopeless weeknights between 7-10pm.

after that it usually works fairly well.
also depends on how good your broadband line is. high quality needs 1.8mb so you'll struggle to get the high quality stream if you have a v.poor BB line speed.

iplayer, 4od and itv player all have the same issues on my broadband around the same times. Peak usage I guess.
This is why most of my downloads are scheduled for after 1am.
