Hi there, first time I've ever made a thread so if it goes wrong please don't make me cry
So far in New Who, there have been 6 Moffat stories, and I was just interested in seeing how people rate them compared to each other, and how the two newest rate compared to the older four.
So for me,
1) Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead - loved the story, loved the idea of meeting someone after they've already met you, loved the reference to the Doctor's name.
2) The Eleventh Hour - great introduction story, maybe not the most intriguing threat but still solid.
3) Blink - a brilliant idea for a monster, as are most of SM's monster ideas.
4) The Beast Below - surprised that many didn't like it, maybe not the best but certainly not the worst, and a nice moral dilemma.
5) Girl in the Fireplace - okay, but didn't like it as much as I think most did.
6) The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances - I understand this is a popular story but I never really found it that scary, and while I don't mind deus ex machina endings (we're not exactly going to get an extended shootout every episode in Doctor Who), I never really liked the nanomachine twist.
What about everyone else?

Hope one day that i will be able to watch it with fresh eyes again. But right now, it doens't feel so special anymore....and actually lacks any reall depth too, its just trying to be a clever story. And the Angels are not that scary anymore. The positive things that I still feel for it are the cast...especailly the supporting cast! brilliant!
