My cat will eat almost anything.
Yesterday, I was eating a Bachelors Cheese and Broccoli Past in Sauce, when my cat walked in and started sniffing the air.
I put a spoonful on a piece of paper and, damn me if she didn't eat it

I find cats quite like cheese. Used to have one that liked baked beans, and his son, cheese and onion crisps. My mums' last one liked chocolate, went mad for it. The one she has now doesn't like 'human' food at all, apart from Sainsburys' tinned tuna in sparkling water.
![]() I thought this thread was about your cat non stop eating at first. I was going to remind you of worming! Lol. ![]() EDIT: Btw, Bob, if your cat likes pasta, you can get a range of Cat Food called Gourmet. It has a white long haired cat on it. They have a new chefs range out and one of the flavours has pasta in it. |

My cats have very varied tastes.
Broccoli, mushy peas, cheese, white floury bread, pasta, rice, chicken curry (it was flippin hot as well!), any type of yogurt, or yogurt type drink (Actimel)...the list goes on and on. It's a bit of a nightmare because Errol has a poorly liver and is on a fat free diet but he will try anything to get fatty foods like cheese off us. He even sits on one of the chairs at the dinner table with us in case we take pity on him and offer him something. |

My big boy Gus loves a taste of our chinese takeaways on a Saturday evening, and he always comes begging for a bit of bacon at breakfast time (and gets it too). But like Kittycat's mum's cat, our little Flo won't eat any "human" food at all - mind you she's flippin fussy about cat food too - little madam.

I have a burmese boy who is quite forceful and has to be shut out during human meal times. He literally will take food out of your mouth if you let him.

A lot of cats love cheese because it's salty - hence why they also like crisps.
Useful if they have to have crushable tablets - you can mix it with cream cheese and serve it as a treat. |

Mine will eat anything I'm eating, curries, chillies, pasta, stews, she treats me as her own personal taster, if I'll eat it then it's good enough for her.

My FMC (Fat Matt Cat) has a particular taste for custard it seems.. he's a new addition so its fun testing out what he likes and dislikes but he licked the bowl clean last night then came for a fuss when he was done
![]() Chico my old boy loved chocolate and olives, went mad for olives! He once licked a divit in a big bar of Galaxy aswell, we found him half sitting on it, it had melted into his fur (he was majorly fluffy) - we couldnt help him for laughing but in the end he was more than happy to lick himself clean.. many a special story about that cat, god i miss him! |

Update.
I was eating a Sponge Pudding the other day, and she came up and sniffed the air, so I put a piece on the floor, and she wolfed it down. That is one weird cat

My cat loves yoghurt and fruit together, but only certain fruit like peaches, he can't stand pears.
He loves custard and melted ice cream as well, gravy, peas, cabbage brocolli etc most green vegetables actually and mashed potato. We don't let him have a lot though because we're scared it'll make him ill. |

My cat will eat anything. In fact she's a bugger for begging; she is adopted though - I get the feeling that her first owners may have just given her scraps when they were eating, as she was terribly skinny when I first took her in, and didn't quite know what to do when presented with a big bowl of food!!

My cat eats bread. And if I have a bowl of Coco Pops, she'll lap up the milk when it's gone all chocolate-y. But she doesn't like normal milk much. Also, she loves Marmite.

Update.
You can add to the list of things she consumes (I'm no longer using the term "eat" for reasons that will become apparent), tea (caught her drinking my cuppa the other day) and ASDA chips and curry sauce. |
