With the change of design in the Daleks does that mean if Steven decides to bring back Davros will his design change?

I imagine that a Davros return story could be very intriguing from here. Would the new Daleks view Davros as impure? If so, how would he react???? He would never side with the Doctor, but would be an enemy of the daleks as well. Hmm.

If he was accepted by the daleks, I would assume they would 'upgrade' him and restore him (so long as Moffat doesn't rejuvenate his body and turn him into a teen-esque Davros ) but this would be a bit of a 'been-there-done-that' kinda story. :yawn:

Personally I would prefer to see the return of the Emperor Dalek, or maybe a Special Weapons Dalek for this generation. Better still, maybe an all new authority of Daleks. As long as it isn't Dalek Rose, or Dalek Rassilon or something I'm happy.

I can't see how he would fit. He was killed by the original Daleks for not being a pure Dalek and the Moffeks () are supposed to be pure Dalek (like the originals) and they eliminated the RTD Daleks for not being pure Dalek (they were cloned from Davros himself - see Stolen Earth/Journey's End).

I can't see him returning this series unless he returns with the Daleks cloned from his own body, or masquerades as an Emperor Dalek (again).

Davros has always had a troubled relationship with his creations. I doubt he'd allow them to mess with his chair.

The "Davros Impure" was debated around Peter Davison's era where they turned against him and from there was brought up many times.

I think Moffat is looking at keeping RTD's brought back villans down to a minimum - I think his biggest this season is the Silurians, with a nod to Daleks and Cybermen. I see all this as a testing season, and the production company will know more as the season progreses

As for the tardis interior - im 50/50 on that debate - nice to see a large external monitor screen again, but the whole sheets of tin/brass around it is tacky - I could even go as far as saying the wodern panel console room was better - But....... at least its bigger with a hope of seeing corridors and other rooms again which is more than RTD did

I think they are going to bring Davros back the season finale for a huge battle with the doctor and they will keep his look the same. It would be a crazy decision to change the way he looked as he is such an iconic character.

If Davros does return there will probably be another Dalek civil war as there was in Remembrance of the Daleks

In the Writers Tale Stephen Moffat sends RTD an email sayng hes using the Daleks but not Davros so i dont see him turning up this season.

He could be played by Robert Pattinson, from the Twilight movies... then you pretty much guarantee the teenage girl audience will shoot through the roof! After all, replacing a genius actor with a talent-free heart-throb would remove the need for a decent storyline...

He'll probably become a floating head in a tube.

Following this line of reasoning would suggest merely a new four-syllable catchphrase for the Daleks... "MY-POOR-PUS-SY!"

Actually thinking about it, a face off between a Dalek Pussy and K9 should be done.

Personally I see the return of 'pure' daleks as a way to take them back to the pre-Davros type Daleks. In other words scary rather than drones. I don't think we will see Davros again.
