Oh, I thought she was brilliant. I was really sad to see her go after that. I was amazed she held it together, thought it was going to be a car crash with her crying, bless her. I loved the way she went straight into that last high note instead of starting with another note and moving up to it like most people seem to do.

I think it will take a lot to beat Amy's version.

Although Amy sang it better I did find Dani's more believable.

I have to agree.

Dani though, wasnt really ready for this part. But all through the prog, she showed a quality that I hope bodes well for her future stage success.

She sang it really well, and when she was so upset too.

Amy's "Over The Rainbow" was the performance of the series imo. Closely followed by Lauren's "Sway."

Poor Dani. She was lovely and personally I think ALW got it wrong this week. I would have picked Dani over Danielle.
I hope Dani does well in her future singing career.

For me she was the only girl suitable for Dorothy. I cant believe that her and Danielle were in the bottom two i must admit i did blub a bit.

ALW has made a huge mistake with this production.

I think it will backfire on him.

The voters tend to go for the person who the judges are heavy with. We have seen it so many times with other reality shows like Doi, SCD, and Xfactor.

Dani for me was the only dorothy.

That doesnt mean I didnt like the other girls because i have posted on here that I do. BUT for other things.

Stephanie for me is the STAR of the show BUT for me not dorothy.

No I think ALW might end up with egg on his face.

Watching the 'sing-off' where Dani sang and acted her heart out compared to Danielle who seemed to have given up and was rather flat - moodwise I mean NOT singing, before anyone jumps on me - so I was completely gobsmacked when Andrew saved Danielle.

Good luck Dani, another year or so's experience behind you and you are going to be a BIG star!

I see your point because, superficially, Dani did emote better. However, I saw it as 'emoting' rather than 'feeling' and I also thought it was perilously close to over-acting.

Having said that, although Dani is very talented and I enjoyed her performance, I think ALW was being honest when he said that she still had a lot to learn about being comfortable in her body (I paraphrase). Had Dani totally outsung Danielle, I think the Lord would still have saved Danielle, because she is the more mature of the two and, I think, a better actress. As it was, to use Sheila's favourite description, Danielle sang it more intelligently.

I absolutely loved Dani's farewell song - she sang that like a true professional. She will go far.

She sang for her life in the sing-off, I thought the feeling she put into it was incredible. Compared to her, Danielle was just a pretty girl singing quite sweetly.

Gutted about the decision made, she shouldn't have gone on that performance.
