Left pork out... will it be ok?
Cooked a pork joint at lunchtime, we ate at 3. Left the remainder out to cool before going in the fridge, it's been out 4hours now, I'd forgotten about it. The kitchen has been pretty warm this afternoon - will it still be safe to put in the fridge and eat tomorrow or has it been out too long?

Put it in the fridge then nuke it tomorrow. I do this all the time and I'm still here.

The official advice says it isn't safe to eat cooked food left at room temperature for more than two hours.

Husband was planning on eating it in sarnies tomorrow so it won't be getting reheated. I would much prefer he threw it out but he won't agree...

One in a thousand chance of getting the squits even in sandwiches. If he is over 100 years old then don't take the chance though.
