Danielle looked scared and still in shock but she still sang clearly and beuatifully. However, I preferred Dani's singing. Dani put a lot more into acting out the words of the song and I believed her more than when Danielle sang. I too think ALW got it wrong this week.

Are you refering to the Glee soundtrack. I've never heard a song murdered to the point that Kristin Chenoweth murdered Maybe This Time.

I thought it was interesting how when Dani was saying goodbye, none of the girls were really crying in the way that they were the first week. It's amazing - now they know they don't have as far to go to win, they start toughening up I guess, and are more happy than sad to see people go. Not in a bad way, just in a natural way. Emilie's smug expression really annoyed me though.

Really? I thought Cheno did it brilliantly (Lea Michele, not so much, though to be fair she was singing it with someone with a lot of experience behind them), really well acted, definitely one of the highlights of Glee for me so far.

I am not a fan of either Dani or Danielle, but it did appear pointless to make them perform in a sing-off when it was clear that ALW had made his decision already. Dani outperformed Danielle by a fair whack, but even so, the Lords mind was not for changing!

I watched the results show again last night, with my husband. He thought Dani's performance was over the top and "scary", and said Danielle's performed only seemed subdued in comparison to Dani's overkill. I wouldn't say scary, but I do think it was over the top.

I still think neither was *great*, but Danielle sang it better, and she did get some emotion into it at the end.

Hey thats the great thing about music, everyone has their own opinion and always better to have one when it comes to such a fantastic song than to be indifferent.

The duet between K.C and Lea is one of my highlights from Glee, sure it was different but I felt the arrangement was used to highlight the differnce in the two singers, Style-wise and Age-wise but also to tie in with the Vampish character K.C was playing up against poor little Rachel.

Danielle has a lovely voice but I thought Dani performed that song better. Was it just me who was distacted by Danielle's excessive blinking? Odd.

However, I do think ALW was right to put Danielle through and in that sense the sing-off was a bit superfluous.

A wooden sing-off. I suspect ALW thought neither could win, none of the enthusiasm that he showed during the previous week's sing-off, and decided to be kind to Dani. She looked a broken girl, struggling to keep her left eye open and hold back the tears.
