Sophie - have yet to see her full potential, could be v.good

Can just about tolerate but do not want to win
Jenny - ok but irritating voice
Lauren - quite bland and annoying

Can't stand
Jessica - get's my attention but for all the wrong reasons
Emilie - not pleasing on the ear, can see why she wasn't originally put through

Sophie, Steph or Lauren for Dorothy!

Danielle is good, too, but not as good as the above three, in my opinion.

Can't make my mind up on Stephanie.

Emilie's got the looks but nothing else.

Jessica and Jenny don't suit the role.

Sophie is my favourite by far, I liked Steph from the beginning, I'm glad she's now doing a lot better. Urm.. I do see that maybe she's not exactly fitted to the part and that Sophie has some nerves sometimes (and maybe should have more vibrato at high notes?) but that was more in the early episodes and when she's good she's amazing. Nicest voice, look, vunerability yet confidence.
I see that Steph and Stephanie are more polished though, I think maybe if the performance was tomorrow then Stephanie would be the safest bet but not as magical as Sophie much as I like her and I think Sophie is the only one I might go and see.

Jenny, Stephanie - hold the attention and can sing and act it.
Danielle can sing and act it
Jessica - holds the attention and can act it.
Lauren - can usually sing it.
Sophie - not convinced.
Steph - very good but totally unsuited to the role
Emilie - has something but it needs training.

Lauren - in my opinion the best all round
Stephanie - she sings very well and is OK at dancing
Emilie - I think she would make a good Dorothy but I am not sure if she would stick the part for long.
Jessica - she doesn't really look like a Dorothy but she is very expressive and would suit other roles.
Jenny - one of my favourites, but she has had some bad song choices.
Sophie - I barely notice her because she seems quiet and doesn't stand out. Her voice is lovely and she could make a good Doorthy too.
Steph - another good singer but she borders on shouting at times which I don't like.
Danielle - sang clearly and very well in the sing off but she needs to losen up a bit.

I was sad to see Dani go.

Danielle - My favourite, not going to change. She's perfect for the part. We're casting Dorothy here!

Steph - I just love her in general. She reminds me of my friends (personality wise) and she's been brilliant the past two weeks.

Sophie - Very pretty and looks the part but I'm starting to get bored.

Jessica - In truth I thought she was terrible this week but I still like her. I think she needs to calm down a tad.

Stephanie - I find her a bit too much of a show off and it puts me off. I don't think her dancing is that great and I'm not sure how much of her personality is genuine. Having said that, she looks the part and can sing so...

Jenny - She's okay. I'm a bit meh about her.

Lauren - I don't think she's right for the part at all. Too old looking.

Emilie - Hope she goes next.

The only two I realistically can see as Dorothy are Danielle and Steph. Maybe Sophie if she gets a bit more interesting.

I liked Bronte and Dani, no way should they have gone.

My order

1-3 much of muchness to me. I really like Emilie and think she has talent but she needs to be more consistent. Sophie has talent and i can see her in this role.
Lauren has talent but comes over may be a bit too polished and harsh to me.


4-Danielle- I've not been bowled over yet.

5-Steph-Good singer but i don't see her as Dorothy yet.

6-Jenny-Good singer but i don't know i don't see her as Dorothy, she looks too old to me and not right for the part.

7- Stephanie-she needs to work on that accent on hers coming through. I'm surprised that the judges haven't pointed this out to her.

8-Jessica- She cannot sing. It really showed up the Saturday before. She has the worst voice out of the girls left.

My List

1. Danielle--She's "the full package" to quote JP, and I don't care if she was in a sing-off. She deserves to win.

2. (overall) Steph--I think she's amazingly talented but I think she's a pop singer, and she could do more pop-type musicals but I don't think she's right for Dorothy.

3. ( 2nd for Dorothy) Stephanie. I don't think she'd be perfect casting (see #1 above for that), but she's the most suitable backup option, I think. She does tend to look older and too worldly sometimes, but I think she could do a good enough job.

4. Sophie. (3rd for Dorothy) I get frustrated with her because I think she's got more potential than she's demonstrated on the show, and she always looks so scared when performing, but she's got the second best look for Dorothy (again, see #1 above), and I think she could do OK with some extra training.

5. Jessica (overall). I like her, but she's not Dorothy in a million years.

6. Lauren (4th for Dorothy). She has a great voice, but I think she overdoes the acting. It always looks so obvious from her. If she could loosen up in the acting, she might make a credible Dorothy.

7. Jenny--She doesn't look the part, looks too old, and has an annoying voice. I also find her boring as a performer.

8. Emilie--Simply the weakest person there.

1. Steph: I think she has the most talent overall. I always enjoy her performances. 'It's Oh So Quiet' was excellent, I don't think any of the other girls could have pulled that off.
2. Sophie: I think she's such a pretty girl, and there's something really likeable about her. I don't think we've seen her best yet, but her voice has the potential to be unreal.
3. Jenny: Has lots of charisma and a great voice.
4. Lauren: I can't really warm to her, but she does have a great voice and could definitely pull off a West End show. She's the most mature of the girls I think.
5. Danielle: Danielle always looks to me like she's in pain when she sings, but she does have a nice voice.
6. Stephanie: Too shouty. She sounds like she should be singing in a smoky pub on Sundays. Don't like her.
7. Jessica: Ugh.
8. Emilie: Just doesn't have a good enough voice.

My rankings:

1. Sophie - she's still very young but has a really good voice. If they stopped putting her on in the first pair I'm sure she'd gain a bit more confidence! I could definitely see her as Dorothy.
2. Stephanie - really owns the stage whenever she performs. Good voice, excellent dancer and a good enough actress (from what I remember). I think she does get a bit over-excited at times, but she's on live TV on a Saturday night, who wouldn't?!
3. Steph - probably the best voice out of all of them in my opinion. She seemed like a good actress and dancer in the 'America' performance too.
4. Lauren - okay Dorothy probably isn't the role for her (ditto Jessica) but she is a really great performer, although she blends into the background in the group numbers.
5. Danielle - I liked her more before this week. JP was right when he said all of her performances are a bit 'samey' I think. She needs a song that she can have more fun with, she always seems very serious for a 17-year-old.
6. Jessica - Tries waaaaay too hard sometimes. She's not a great dancer either, always looks a bit awkward trying to walk around in heels. She seems like a very nice girl though, and her 'Rehab' performance stood out for me in the first week.
7. Jenny - I hate her voice, it's so nasally. She stands out in the group numbers but I haven't enjoyed any of her solo performances yet. I couldn't watch her as Dorothy.
8. Emilie - Just does not have the voice to pull this role off. She seems like a fair dancer and from what Sheila said, a decent actress. I don't think she's really leading lady material at all.

Before I give my list I think Danielle will win it but she isn't my favourite.

1.Steph - she has the most all round talent, AW's comment that she isn't Dorothy, I suspect is down to the colour of her skin and I think it's very unfair, if she was white she would win it hands down. I hate people using the race card but I really think this will be the case here. I'm not saying AW is racist btw! Her last 2 perfomances blew me away!

2.Danielle - looks like Dorothy, she is quite innocent looking, she can sing and perfoms very well.

3.Jessica - annoys me with her OTT acting but I guess this is more suited to the stage rather than TV. And she reminds me of Liza Minella - I know it has nothing to do with the show, just thought I'd say it.

4.Jenny - I know she will never be Dorothy but I prefer her to what's left. She looks too old to be Dorothy, not innocent enough.

5.Stephanie - I like her but I'm not sure

6.Lauren - probably one of the better singers but I don't think she could ever be Dorothy.

7.Sophie - meh...bland, bland, bland!

8.Emilie - can't believe she's still there tbh! Can't sing or dance!!!

1. Sophie - I think she has a beautiful voice and the right look and that dorothy-ish quality.
2. Lauren - I could see her as Dorothy, but not as much. Great voice, and I don't see the looking to old thing.
3. Steph - Not Dorothy I don't think, but she's really talented and likeable.
4. Jenny - I wouldn't mind seeing her as Dorothy, nice voice.
5. Stephanie - Same as Jenny really...didn't like her at all until this week though.
6. Jessica - Her facial expressions and overacting irritate me and her voice is weak.
7. Danielle - I don't get the love. I think she's okay, not the most talented, nor the least. I don't think she looks like Dorothy though, and she is too cold, I get no emotion.
8. Emilie - not up to the standard of the rest imo.

Stephanie and Jenny are interchangeable though, I can't decide which one I prefer!

Danielle: intelligent and professional throughout in acting, singing and dancing
Lauren: professional and reliable, seems a tad mature
Sophie: looks the part, and understands movement and acting well, singing can be a bit tetchy...
Jenny: professional, likeable, can do a range of different styles consider the contrast between 'So What' and 'Songbird')
Steph: amazing voice, possibly not the right look for Dorothy
Stephanie: something about her that I don't like, (very stage school and 'placed' performances) but talented
Emilie: despite problems with acting and singing, she has the right look, and can do the work it takes to become a good Dorothy
Jessica:reminds me too much of Jess from last year, who I disliked, awkward when moving and an uncomfortable performance style.
