Hitler wasn't German either.

Supposedly the ship design was one from TSE/JE rather than BW/PotW but I agree with those who don't consider Davros' Daleks to be impure (or any more impure than the original Daleks he created on Skaro).

Davros himself called them "True Daleks".

Of course if every faction of Daleks consider every other faction to be impure why were the RTD Daleks (when/wherever they were from) even bothering to create a strain of Daleks from old DNA?

Hitler considered the Austrians part of the German race.

Excactly. They kill him at the end of Genesis, and that explains the 'pure' Daleks we see in earlier (though later chronologically) stories.

The Daleks created from Davros's cells would be considered 'pure' in Davros's eyes (or eye). Let's not forget, he was very much disliked by 'pure' Daleks and had previously created new breeds of Daleks like in 'Resurrection of...' and the further mutated Imperial Daleks in 'Remembrance of...'.

Interesting that in Remembrance, it is the 'pure' original Daleks that are seen as renegades. So as far as Davros was concerned, since the original Daleks killed him, only his new breed are legitimate Daleks. 'Pure Dalek' to Davros meant only those loyal to him. But as you say the progenitors see differently.
