With today's confirmed news that Adrian Chiles is leaving the BBC for ITV where does this leave You're Fired?

I love the irreverant style of the programme and teh only person I can envisage pulling it off is Claudia Winkleman, but I think she's a bit too 'zany' for the programme.

One things for sure, I'll cry if they give the job to Michelle Moan!

Who do you think would make a good replacement for Adrian? or should they completely revise the format of the sister show and make it into something else entirely?

No He was perfect for it...

Claudia or Davina would be quite good...im not sure. It's killing me waiting this long for the apprentice!

I doubt Davina would do it when BBs main competition would be You're Fired!

I would imagine someone from the same sort of background as Chiles, not sure who like!

I really liked Chiles doing it, Davina would be good though or someone else funny.

Oh God not shouty Davina, or Winkleman for that matter. Needs someone a little quiter, laid back, and sharp, but less smug than Chiles.

I quite like the idea of The Badger, or Saira Khan

Let Raef do it

Davina or Saira Khan? Difficult to say who would be more awful.

How about Mr Grumpy himself, Charlie Brooker?

David Mitchell FTW.

If Davina does it, I could never watch again. It is inconceivable. Same for Michelle Moan.

Trying to think of someone suitable from a business/consumer affairs type show, but no-one springs to mind!!

The irreverent style he has works but pretty sure someone else could make it their own. Yeah, think Charlie Brooker would be good. Or Jack Whitehall. Or Clive Anderson.

Couldn't watch it if it was either Michelle Mone, Davina or Saira Khan.

Hope not. A comedian would work so long as it's one with very dry humour.

I hope not, can't stand the guy!

David Mitchell is brilliant when he "goes off on one", and summing up the sheer stupidity of the contestants would certainly give him plenty of scope to do so.

Unless of course they've actually decided to use the brightest applicants this year.... no forget that, they'd never do it, and if they did it'd kill the programme stone dead.

Rufus Hound? He's been pretty good on the YF panel in the past.

Please no! Nobody would get a chance to say anything! I can't see Lord Sugar liking that!

How about Jonathan Ross? He's looking for work.

I think JR needs a good rest after getting the sack, sorry, leaving the BBC, about thirty years should do it

David Mitchell or Charlie Brooker would both be excellent.
