Seems the sun is shaking things up a bit with the professional dancers

Shame they can't shake up the competitors, last year was the worst one, hope they get a better line up this time

Its the presenting team they need to change. IMHO. Everything else is fine.

This is already being discussed here http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s....php?t=1248057

it's just the Sun suffering from a lack of credible stories....as usual

actually last years lineup was quite good the worst series was 6 for the line up. i remember watching the big lineup reveal and thing...... who are these people :P, last year i knew alot of the people we had some big names like martina hingis, joe calzaghe fair enough they wernt the best dancers but in fairness martina could have been a great dancer had she gone further.

last year wasnt shoddy we had
Ali - great dancer
Ricky - arguably technically the best male dancer we've had just lacked in personality abit
Jade - another great dancer
Zoe - robbed so early on !
Laila - her ballroom was great fair enough that her latin wasnt but her paso was alright.

so overall last series wasnt bad really

It would be great if it is true about Derek - but this is The Sun!!

They already have one thing wrong: it won't be Anton's unfortunate remark to Layla that will get him axed, but the simple fact he cannot dance Latin, and over the years of scd he has done nothing to improve, and in that department he let's his partners down.

As for the celebs, I tend to agree with you. I would ban all two-bit soap actors and sit-on-the-couch presenters (especially from GMTV!!!!)

If they'd had that in the past we wouldn't have had Jill or Louisa... (or Chris- Strictly would be a sadder programme if it didn't have the batman-cape-Paso in its history).

They just need to have nice, watchable people, who can commit to the show... preferably reasonably attractive, funny and fit! Some of the most popular celebs in the shows history were not particularly famous before they did it.

Nah, I could quite happily have missed that; it was faintly amusing, in an insulting (to Hanna K) sort of way, but nothing more.
