Divorce Corrie Style

One thing puzzles me in Corrie. Why is it most people who get divorced seem tp get back with their partners again and generally remarry

Ken and the serial bride Deirdre

Kev and Sally lalalalalalalalalalalalala

Steve and Karen

NOw it looks like Les and Janet are heading the same way before the ink on their decree absolute is dry

Does Fred run a branch of Relate from the back room of T Rovers

It's not confined to Corrie or even the UK. My biggest niggle with "Dallas" was always that JR and Sue-Ellen spent alternate seasons breaking up then getting back together.

Scriptwriter's School

Standard plotline No1. The "will they - won't they" plot. Two characters who are wholly unsuited to each other fall madly in love. They hate each other, but variously give in to emotion or plot each other's downfall.

Been there, seen that a million times. It's a good thing there are more people people being born who haven't seen it and will fall for this tosh.

Anyway. Women. Can't live with them. Can't live with them. But you can shag their brains out, or so I've heard.
