I have got an unlocking code for my 8310e and it doesn't work.

I have removed the SIM and tried to enter the code but the code just stays on the screen. I don't get an error message or anything and I have tried an O2 SIM in it but to no avail. I am thinking that my phone might be broken?

That code is the last in a series of 7 codes you need to enter in the correct order if you wanna unlock a 8310

You see the '+7#' bit at the end?
There should be a total of 7 codes - the first one ending in '+1#', the second ending in '+2#' etc

Enter your details (Make, Model, Country, network, and IMEI number) and it'll generate the 7 codes you need.
Be sure to enter them in the right order, and that should sort it!

Try code 7 first if that does not work try code 1, BUT BE WARNED if you enter incorrect codes 5 TIMES, you will have to get the phone unlocked by a cable, as codes will no longer work
