Dropped a Nokia 5146 in a bucket of water once. Dried it out and it worked a treat! Doubt that'd be the case nowadays.

I dropped my 3210 in a toilette once, after drying out overnight it was fine.
Also a relative of mine dropped her 3310 in a cup of tea (don't ask ) and that worked ok too.

I was 30ft high up on some scaffolding when I dropped my Seiman phone off the edge and straight onto concrete. The phone still worked, but the glass on the front of it was smashed.

My T610 went through the washing machine and the tumble drier. Seemed to work ok for calls, but there was white spot on the display, and the handsfree socket didn't work, so I got it replaced through Orange care. Was supposed to cost me £15, but I can't remember them ever charging me....

I knew someone who had a Nokia 3310, and it went in the wasking machine a lot of times by accident, and the person usually had to have a new sim card, once new screen fitted.
