14 inch tv/dvd/freeview combo?

Hi, i am looking to buy my mum a 14inch tv with built in dvd player and if possible freeview. I have had a look online and can't find anything. Does this exist? Any help would be appreciated.

14 inch with DVD, yes
with Freeview as well, no, not at present.
