Since yesterday morning all incoming calls to our landline (which is on the unbundled Sky section of our exchange) have had the leading 0 from the CLI missing, so it no longer matches up numbers to what's in our phone's address book.
I can't find any answer on the Sky website as to this change and don't fancy spending x mins at y ppm to their CS line.
I know from dealings with my job that a lot of switch systems don't put leading 0's on CLIs but it just seems odd that it just disappeared yesterday.
