What more proof do we need of the dangers of this agenda? I'm surprised there is not more outrage? Why am I not feeling the outrage? Even I'm not as outraged as I should be and that just enrages me.

Nay, nay and thrice nay!

John Barrowman is English Scottish and not Scottish Scottish. There is a big difference.

So he's one of those bi-nationals, eh? They just like to have it both ways, but we all know they're kidding themselves.

Could you define the difference please and I have to say I expected better than such prejudice from you. I'm really saddened that you have finally shown your true colours as an Anglophile

When a thread degenerates into the sort of "football riot" that one did, the moderators remove it.

And it is possible to be Welsh and completely support the rights of Scottish people to be represented in popular culture.

Ah - and there we have it. Another "SM Supporter" tumbles out of the closet, blind drunk and wearing a tartan shell suit. Your bias is unpleasant. Please try to restrain yourself before posting further. The whisky on your breath is peeling the pattern off my Tom Baker underpants.

Yes, more "subtle" messages from Moffat and his cronies. Must we have this offensive claptrap flung at us every Saturday? Did you know that, not only is the companion Scottish, but that the actress who plays her is a Scotch, too?

I nearly threw my bowler hat to the shag in disgust.

Do not fear. As long it causes dissent on this forum, I will continue to be enraged. No matter what.

I really haven't got the time to explain the difference right now. And to be honest if you don't know the difference between English Scottish and Scottish Scottish you clearly are not as educated as I thought.

I am sure that everyone else who is as educated and as clever as I knows exactly what I'm talking about.

I know how you feel. I couldn't take it when the poor doc was being poisoned by that nasty, little Scottsh child Then he managed to get away from her and met this lovely English policewoman. All seemed good, but then it turned out we were being subtly manipulated. At first glance she seemed nice and they used a normal voice on her to keep us from getting suspicious. Then suddenly she's a Scot!

Just what are our children supposed to think? It must have been so confusing. I know it made me all confused inside.

It's because of the utter tribe that Dr Who has become, SM has destroyed everything Even innocent people like you, who proabably enjoyed watching Dr Who for the space ships and aliens, are now converted to want to go to Scotland (which is only the first step). It's only a matter of time before you want to be Scottish.”

He's actually omni-national, being English American Scottish and nothing wrong with that!

What REALLY annoys me about you gaelophobes is that you are denying the very essence of Doctor Who!

For as far back as I can remember there has been more than a whiff of the tartan about my beloved programme! To prove it, look here and here and even here!

And how about Brigadier Lethbridge-Stuart, Zoe Herriot, and Jo Grant? All good scottish names and there you are denying their very existence - shame on you.

I have had enough and can leave it no longer. I must report this thread to the McModerators

Oh Dear. Don't be upset. Maybe you can be spared the bonfire. How about if we just chase you round the village with pitchforks for an hour or so instead?

There's no such thing. It's just a made-up term by Moffat so he can force bi-nationals and Scots down our throat.

We're not gaelophobes. The rolly-eyes proves that, silly!

We just don't want to see tartan with our Saturday tea. Let them have tartan in Scottish clubs and bars and stuff, but not on a CHILDREN'S SHOW! How are the little 'uns supposed to understand it?

I do, I do. Sadly, Lumpy seems to be firmly pro-Scots in a forum which frowns upon such things. The majority of posters would prefer not to see Jocks tossing their cabers all over their council estates.

Fact.

This should help... Lulu. The Krankies. Gordon Ramsay. Susan Boyle. Lorraine Kelly.

All are rumoured to be guest starring in Doctor Who next year.

I have been following this thread with great interest and I must tell you that it contravenes at least fifteen European Laws of Decency. In condemning those 'Northern' tribes so vociferously, you have unwittingly been mentioning the dreaded 'S' word over and over again, thus infecting the internet with insidious S****ish-ness. Shame on you all!

God you people make me sick. How can you say all these things. I intend to write to the prime minister whenever he is elected.
What has my being a parent got to do with anything. Any children of mine would be bought up to accept that people can be Scottish. They would celebrate Burns night and embrace St Andrew's Day.

Latent Scot and proud of it.

And it'sTumpy - you lot have no respect. You can't even get a name right.

And now you've even scared off Crazzy with your prejudice.

Oh my, I am so mad right now. To think so much distasteful Scottishness will infect our beloved Who. It's just not on.I feel i am enraged to whole new levels of rage!

Thanks, that actually makes me feel much better now.

I would buy you a one way ticket to Glasgow if I thought you'd stay there. But I have no doubt you would return to England or Wales or wherever the fancy takes you and taint our green soil with your Scottish agenda. In my opinion that Adrian's Wall should be 10foot high with barbed wire on top.
