Cat advice :(

I'm needing some advice regarding my cat Baby. I'm really worried about her. She's an indoor cat, eventhough once or twice she has escaped and returned.

She's escaped again between last night and now but I honestly dont know if she's going to return, this time was different as I forgot to lock my door last night, and we had some unwelcome intruders barging in at 4:30am and causing an uproar. They happened to be local scumbag drug dealers mistaking my house for someone elses, they stayed for a while and harrassed me, they were really loud and intimidating but i eventually managed to get rid of them.

The last time I saw Baby was when I went to bed last night which was around 2am. I was up early this morning and out to pick up my 11 month old son up from his father, and didn't notice her missing, then was out with him all day until about 4pm, which was when I noticed her missing. I've been for a look round the estate but there's no sign of her.

So ....... What can I do?? I'm so worried that she's been taken or ran away (she doesn't like loud people and strangers) out of fear. I think the longer she's been gone, the less likely it is her returning. Any ideas?

I'm so sorry to hear Baby hasn't come home yet. My dad came home drunk one night and left the front door wide open and my 3 month old spent 36 hours on the loose.

Does she respond to the sound of a box of cat biccies being shaken? I'm sure she will come home when she's hungry, and sorry if the biscuit thing sounds a bit daft, but that's how I got Mani back in. Good luck

So relieved. She looks really smug about it now and happy about all the fuss she's getting lol

Great! Why not consider keeping the cat indoors?
