It's possible this was a cut scene from ToA rather than a scene from F&S as SM has said that due to bad weather/tide coming in they had to cut three pages of script from the beach scene.

I really want to know, what happens to Amy when the doctor says 'dont close your eyes' and then she shuts them. Does she turn to full stone?

I got a real ticking off once for posting something without a spoiler tag and I'm deeply traumatised by it.

Actually in my case I was responding to something that someone else had put in tags so I was just following their lead.

Personally if I couldn't cope with spoilers I wouldn't go on forums but I wouldn't deliberately spoil anyone's enjoyment who really gets upset by them.

He tells her to keep her eyes shut doesn't he? And we got a glimpse of her walking with her eyes closed through a crowd of them gathered round her. My guess is if she looks them in the eyes again then she'll turn into one of them, or something.

Shooting the gravity globe light thing so as to cover yourself with gravity globe light goo and then jumping causes one to jump with extraordinary height.

I think the only thing RTD has ever had to do with River Song is the casting. He tried to get Kate Winslet, who got her start in an RTD programme.

Theory about 'the crack'..


What if Amy got sucked into the void during 'doomsday' which explains the crack following 'them' around. As in a parallel Amy.

Wouldn't that mean she'd already travelled in time during 'Doomsday', i.e covered in Void Stuff?

I guess so. I do get rather confused along the line and rarely have 'backup' to back my point up but I guess it could be a valid reason. As if Amy as a child (Amelia) was sucked into the void and was 'somehow' sent back as Amy.

I think River Song will die. And that she will die in every adventure we see her in. It would prove the point that keeps getting made that time is in flux.

I'm also surprised no one has tried to turn the fact that both Amy and River said "it's how he keeps score" into an "Pond is a young River" thread!!!

Same thing applies then, though presumably if it came from Sm (though I have to say it sounded more like a RDT twist to me) he knew all along. It certainly hit a false note for me when it appeared they were talking about their sex life. I don't want to know about Dr Who's sex life.

I'm guessing (after reading today's RT/TV Times) that Amy does open her eyes and something does throw them all into turmoil. So i'm guessing it could be something quite serious.

Sounds like whoever made the video is trying to say that River is an older Rose.
