I don't usually take much interest in what characters wear , but Amy's a pretty girl and she keeps wearing these awful baggy tops which make her look like she's losing a fight with a duvet .

this also makes her legs look like sticks poking out somehow .

did they get the guy who re-designed the daleks to do her clothes as well ?!

I love what she's worn so far in the series. The red jumper is cool, pretty retro and I think it suits her character. Her getup in the Daleks episode seems to be her 'uniform' as such, it's what she's wearing in the game.

I remembe with Rose they started off with her in track suits and fairly scruffy clothes. By series two she was dressing more like one of The Avengers. I think they are doing the same with Amy

You're right about Rose, she seemingly had a makeover between seasons. When they returned to Earth in the Christmas Invasion, she'll have picked up some new clothes. She also got her hair cut shorter (apparently to signify her growing up).

I liked her red top/black leggings outfit this week - very striking, but I think River Song stole the show with her rather splendid ebony ballgown!

I like her outfits, but I was wondering how comfortable it was to run in tights. I wish I could walk on River Song's shoes though, that was quite a feat. Actually Alex Kingston still looks marvellous doesn't she?

We never used to get these kind of conversations in the eighties. Those were the good old days of fandom when like minded Who geeks could have a sensible discussion about the precise chronology of the Cybermen stories (and come up with explanations for a clip from Revenge being shown in Earthsock, which was set centuries earlier) while the girlies stuck to discussing Corrie. we'll never see those times again.

I have to admit, my first reaction when River appeared was because of those shoes. They've lovely but how did she manage to walk in those? And they must have been killing her feet. You wouldn't catch me wearing them

And knees. Whenever I venture out in anything that is higher than half an inch, my knees hurt like something else (apparently if you haven't worn high heels from an early age, you don't build the muscle to support yourself).

However, she really could walk on the damned things.
