Synopsis for Chasing Shadows: Episode 11

They're back where they started, but this time it's worse. Jimmy lies at the Heart of Destruction. Abby is trapped in a building which shouldn't exist for another 2,000 years, and the Doctor finds himself fighting for the future.

Now under the new title of Brief Candle...

The TARDIS crashes and is completely out of commission. The Doctor, Abby and Jimmy find themselves on a submarine exploring the Mariana Trench and are mistaken for spies. With something draining the power from the submarine's engines everyone's lives are in danger.

With no TARDIS to escape upon the Doctor finds himself forced into a situation that will lead him to one of the most difficult decisions of his life...

Splintered Reflection: Synopsis update

The Doctor is whirled back to the Beginning with his companions, but all isn't as it seems. Time begins to splinter around them, leading to a few consequences.

Jimmy lies at the Heart of Destruction. Abby is a prisoner of herself. And the Doctor must fight alone as time begins to compensate.

And that's not even the worst they must fight. Alone. Trapped. And only one way out. But will the Doctor realise it? And when he does, will he do it?

“Loretta is eloping with Julian,” Abby replied nonchalantly, not caring that she had just exposed her best friend to yet another lie.

“You women and your fickle emotions,” the Doctor muttered in between sips of his tea. Jimmy spat the rest of his tea back into the cup, earning a stern glance from Jean.

“So Doctor, you say that you are a Doctor of Sciences,” Jean mentioned casually, extending a hand as she spoke. “Perhaps you could explain the sound which is haunting us?”

His attention finally caught, the Doctor sat up and knitted his fingers together. Resting his chin in his hands, he lowered his tone of voice as he spoke to Jean.

“What do you mean, a sound?”

“It started two nights ago. My husband and I were observing the sunset, as our usual habit. Then it started. It sounded like a beast from the olden dies that was curling up to die. A beast that was screaming out to the world in fury,”

Episode 11, the lead up to the two part finale written by Dalekaddison, has been completed. "Splintering Reflections" sees the battle as the companions must battle their demons, before leading up to the grand finale.

Remember Spoiler 3 ages ago? About an old enemy the Doctor has known all his life? Well that could never be more appropriate.

We're also hoping to launch a few details about another way you can take part in this project. More details released soon =D

Four new spoilers concerning Episode 11 "Splintering Reflection" just to keep things ticking over a bit. We hope to begin to post a few episodes on our website (dwffs.weebly.com) around July-ish. And one of them is fake! So here we go:

1) This story doesn't stand in the same place: there are different parts.

2) Abby keeps on seeing the Doctor trapped in a mirror

3) The Doctor must survive an attack by skeletal beings

4) An old woman causes mischief for a companion.

He had a signal from the year 8,000.

Knowing that time was against him, he searched for two things. Accessing the Torchwood Database, he desperately hoped there would be solutions available. A newsflash panged across the screen, demonstrating how 3000 humans in futuristic dress had been discovered in the year 32AD, but he swiftly discounted this.

The first hit was regarding Corlusian Shield Prisons, in the hope he could find an escape route. There was only one way out for Abby, and that involved a key from the Corlusians. Impossible: the TARDIS was inoperable.

The second hit shocked him to the core.
