Phone 789 (Or 0845 6000 789), Select Option 3 and then Option 1.

You have to tell the customer service person your SIM card mobile number, then they will guide you on how to enter the PUK. *HINT* write the PUK down for later use.

The PUK code is nothing to do with Nokia its a SIM lock and therefore it is to do with the network. The PUK should have come with your SIM to start with.

I purchased a Sagem My-X2 (What a £34.95 bargain!) and the T-Mobile SIM came with the PUK written on a piece of paper

I think it's network and may be tariff specific.

My PAYG Orange, Vodafone, O2 and Virgin SIMs didn't come with a PUK code, I wouldn't know about T-Mobile.

As far as I know you can get your O2 PUK code on-line and both O2 and Vodafone offer the codes by calling one of their automated lines.

Things may be different for contract users.

Same here, never got a PUK code for it, and ive had 4 phones so far!. You need to phone your network up, as thats what I had to do on O2 before.

My T-Mobile handset came with the PUK code and PUK2 code on a piece of paper - that when you need it WILL be lost.
