Toastie bags
I bought a couple of these a few days ago and have thoroughly enjoyed cheese and onion toasties. Any other ideas please - not beans, hate beans! My mind goes blank when I try and think of new ideas.

Nutella!
![]() To be honest, Cheese & Onion are probably the only toasties I eat these days. I remember in the distant past we used to have a Breville but can't think of any other combo's I might have had. I guess you could shot some ham, pancetta or salami in there. or have a look at samosa recipies. |

Nutella and banana, tuna with chopped spring onion and mayo. There've been a few threads recently about toasties and toastabags, so it might be worth a quick search as I remember there being lots of really good recipe ideas, but can't actually recall any of them.
![]() I also occasionally use my toastabags to cook fishfingers or chipolata sausages in the toaster if I fancy a fishfinger buttie or sausage sarnie without the palaver of heating up ovens or grills and pans to wash up afterwards. |

Cheese and ham or tomato are always good.
Used to do a sausage and cheese one too. The sausages needed to be cooked first though but I just bunged them in the microwave but you can grill/fry them if you want to brown them off. A really nice one that I got of a friend was left over curry. I thought it would be horrid but it was lovely. |

So these things actually work - I always wondered since when cheese gets hot it would flow downwards doesn't this mean it ends up at the bottom of the bag? Or do you have to turn the toaster on the side?

I'm pretty boring with toasties and just stick to cheese and ham but I really like the sound of cheese and pineapple. Yum!
