Duplicate channels - BBC1 on 1012
I'm having trouble getting my Topfield to see the channels correctly since the digital switchover in my area (Cheshire). I get BBC1 on 1012, for example. MyStuff is complaining "Duplicate Channels Detected".
I have upgraded to the toppy.org.uk recommended firmware for MyStuff, and I've rescanned. I even tried something recommended by a few people, taking the aerial out until 50% of the way through the scan. All to no avail. Can anyone tell me what I should do to get my channels correct? Thanks, Paul |

Thanks for the suggestion - looks like I've found an easier way, I did a factory reset and rescan and that seems to have fixed it.

Yes - if things have changed frequency, it's best to do a reset, or at least delete the current channels, as a scan is additive on the Toppy - it doesn't delete channels on its own.
